I'm a Master Electrician with thirty years running electrical crews — punch lists, manpower, roadblocks, the milestone date everyone swears is still achievable. That's the job, and it's exactly the job a GC has no independent view into once the EC is under contract.
That is the whole pitch. I have run the crew, made the manpower call, and been the one in a sub meeting explaining why power-on slipped a week. When I audit a job for a GC, I am not reading a schedule from the outside — I am asking the same questions I used to have to answer.
ShefaLinx came out of the same problem from the other side of it. Milestones were getting missed because manpower was guessed at instead of calculated, and a GC's only signal was a verbal update at the OAC meeting. I built it because I needed it running my own jobs, and I use the same tracking now to give GCs a straight answer instead of a guess.

The name
Shefa. Align. ShefaLign.
Shefa (שפע) is Hebrew for abundance, overflow, divine flow, prosperity — take your pick, they all point the same direction. Align is the other half, plain English. The name is a play on both: aligned with the flow of abundance, the flow of the job, the flow of prosperity.

- Constructability and coordination review across electrical, mechanical, and structural sets
- Milestone risk audits for power-on, air-on, and temp removal
- Independent manpower verification against a committed finish date
- Reading an EC's schedule the way an EC reads it, not the way a scheduler does
- Roadblock identification — design/RFI, predecessor, sequencing, trade stacking
- Plain-language reporting a GC's PM can act on without translation
